Registration of the certificate with the Apostille
To request the document, you must provide the following information:
1. A copy of the certificate of studies and the appendix with grades (only after validating with the Apostille stamp*)
1.1 The Certificate of studies and the appendix to it with the affixed Apostille (Necessary are the original of the certificate and its appendices)
2. A copy of the passport (pages 1-2-3-4-10-11).
3. A copy of the document on the change of surname or name (if there was a change of personal data, upon completion of the educational program).

Specifications
Admission to a foreign university is not only an important and exciting moment for the future entrant, but also a troublesome and exhausting process that involves collecting and preparing documents for their submission in a timely manner. Therefore, in addition to the certificate and appendix with grades of secondary education, which must be duly validated with the stamp, "Apostille" *, you will need to obtain following educational information, which certifies that:
- Certificate confirming the right to continue studying at universities in Ukraine and abroad
* Based on this document, its owner will have the right to continue his/her studies to higher education, both in Ukraine and abroad.
-Certificate confirming the period of study
These educational certificates are used to:
1. Admission to study abroad (continuation of studies outside Ukraine).
2. To confirm the level of education for employment abroad.
3. To enroll in language courses (when studying a foreign language outside Ukraine).
4. To convert the average score to a grading system different from the one in force in Ukraine (in case of admission).
*With the validation with the stamp "Apostille" on educational documents, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine verifies the authenticity of educational documents issued by educational institutions. The stamp "Apostille" confirms the authenticity of the issuance of educational documents with the subsequent capability of recognition in other countries.
